Privacy Policy

Receipt to Cloud helps you store receipt metadata, track warranties, and keep receipt images in your own Google Drive.

Effective: August 27, 2026 · Public page updated: October 2, 2026

The short version

Receipt to Cloud uses Google Sign-In and Google Drive, while Cloudflare Workers and Cloudflare D1 provide the application API and account/receipt metadata storage. Receipt images and CSV backups stay in your personal Google Drive.

Information we process

Google Drive

Receipt images and CSV backups are stored in your personal Google Drive. Receipt to Cloud uses the limited drive.file permission and only accesses files or folders created or opened through the app. Your Drive files remain under your Google account and quota.

Data sharing

Receipt to Cloud does not sell your personal information. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the app, or when legally required.

Retention and deletion

Receipt metadata remains stored until you delete individual receipts or delete your Receipt to Cloud account. Deleting your account removes your account, receipt metadata, and app sessions from Receipt to Cloud. Files and backups in your personal Google Drive are not automatically deleted.

Verified external deletion-request records are retained for a short operational period after processing and are automatically purged. Stale legacy unverified requests are rejected automatically.

Account deletion

You can delete your account inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. If you no longer have access to the app, use the account deletion page.

Security

Receipt to Cloud uses encrypted HTTPS connections and avoids storing Google access tokens or payment-card information in its application database.

Changes

This policy may be updated as Receipt to Cloud changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
